Dr. Bih Bikelle, MD, ABPN, is a board-certified psychiatrist with over 13 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of mental health conditions.
Bikelle completed her psychiatric training at the University of Nevada School of Medicine (UNSOM) in Reno, where she built a strong foundation in managing complex psychiatric cases. Over time, Bikelle has focused on building solid, practical treatment relationships where patients feel heard, supported, and able to make real progress.
Bikelle also has extensive experience in addiction and substance use treatment with co-occurring disorders, having previously served as Medical Director in community behavioral health settings and currently serving as Associate Medical Director for Greenhouse Treatment Center. In her work, she focuses on meeting patients where they are and helping them move forward in recovery with care that’s structured, collaborative, and individualized.
When she’s not working with patients, Bikelle loves traveling and exploring new restaurants. She is a self-described proud football mom who prioritizes helping her kids balance school, friends, and family life.
