Patrice Oliver brings more than 35 years of nursing experience to her Director of Nursing role and leads with a deep commitment to both patients and the teams who care for them. She started her career as a staff nurse and advanced into leadership by building trust, developing strong teams, and staying closely connected to patient care.

At Greenhouse, Patrice mentors and coaches nurses every day, helping them grow in confidence and skill. She creates an environment where people feel supported, accountable, and empowered to deliver high-quality care. She believes strong teams drive better outcomes, and she leads with that focus.

Patrice finds purpose in helping individuals navigate recovery, and she approaches her work with compassion, consistency, and a clear focus on making a lasting impact.

Outside of work, Patrice enjoys reading, traveling, decorating, and spending time with family and friends.
