Brad Westfall, MHA, has joined Greenhouse as Interim Executive Director, bringing more than 35 years of experience in behavioral health and addiction treatment. His career spans a wide range of leadership and clinical roles, including work as a clinician, CEO, and corporate support director across multiple care settings.
Brad has dedicated his career to serving diverse populations, from adolescents and adults to geriatric patients. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Oceans Waco, a 48-bed behavioral health hospital in Waco, TX. Before that, he held the position of Vice President of Patient Access for Oceans Healthcare, where he oversaw intake and admissions operations for 26 acute care behavioral hospitals across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. Over the years, Brad has gained extensive expertise in inpatient, outpatient, acute residential, trauma assessment, and med/psych settings, as well as providing multi-site and multi-state admissions oversight for more than 30 freestanding behavioral health and addiction treatment facilities nationwide.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Brad is a proud father of three accomplished daughters, all of whom work in healthcare: a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a Master of Social Work (MSW), both at the Mayo Clinic, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) graduate.
Brad’s depth of experience and commitment to excellence will be invaluable as Greenhouse continues the search for a permanent executive director.
