Christy Hardee serves as the Admissions Manager at Greenhouse Treatment Center in Grand Prairie, Texas, where she leads with detail-oriented precision and a deep commitment to helping both her team and the clients they serve.

Christy began her journey with Greenhouse as an intern in 2018, completing over 480 hours of hands-on experience supporting clients through intake assessments and 30-day progress reviews. Her dedication and professionalism quickly earned her a full-time position as a Treatment Advocate, followed by promotions to Lead Treatment Advocate, then Intake Coordinator, and later Lead Admissions Coordinator. In October 2024, she assumed her current role as Admissions Manager, where she oversees daily operations, staff development, and the client intake process with empathy and excellence.

Christy holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, specializing in mental illness and addiction, and is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) as well as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). With more than 25 years of experience in customer service and telecommunications and over 15 years in leadership, she brings a unique blend of clinical insight and operational expertise to her work.

Passionate about supporting all clients in recovery, Christy is driven by her belief in the power of connection, family healing, and second chances. Her own life experiences and family background have strengthened her resolve to help others rebuild their lives and find hope through recovery.
