Lindy Dokken, MS, LPC-A, is a dedicated professional who brings a wealth of experience to her role as a therapist in our Battalion program, where she helps Veterans and first responders in their journey toward recovery and a more fulfilling life.

Lindy’s career journey began in the highly disciplined world of ballet, where she dedicated 15 years to honing her craft. However, it was her battle with anorexia that became the catalyst for her profound passion for therapy. Her personal struggle ignited a deep-seated commitment to understanding the complexities of mental health and recovery.

Armed with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, Lindy embarked on a mission to channel her professional and personal experiences into guiding others on their own paths to recovery. She has worked in diverse settings including in a women’s recovery home and in Hutchins State Jail. Having joined the Greenhouse team in 2023, Lindy brings her dedication for guiding people toward their healthiest and most empowered selves to helping our patients.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Lindy finds joy in the simple pleasures of life, sharing a home with her boyfriend and their three feline companions: Omar, Pumpkin, and Juan. In her spare time, she continues to explore her love for dancing, photography, and traveling.
