Tania Hastings, MSN, PMHNP-BC, brings over 10 years of experience in psychiatric nursing and advanced mental health care to her role as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Greenhouse Treatment Center. She delivers compassionate, patient-centered care that supports recovery, resilience, and long-term wellness.

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Tania provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management for individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges. She combines evidence-based practices with innovative, holistic approaches to create individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient’s unique needs and goals.

Tania believes healing happens when patients feel heard, respected, and empowered. She prioritizes whole-person care by addressing emotional, psychological, and behavioral health needs while fostering stability and growth across the lifespan. Her years of experience across diverse clinical settings strengthen her ability to support patients at every stage of their recovery.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing in Psychiatric Mental Health from the University of Texas at Arlington, where she graduated with distinction. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Lethbridge Community College in Alberta, Canada. Tania holds board certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and is licensed as both an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse in Texas.

Outside of work, Tania enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and spending quality time with family and friends. She brings the same warmth, balance, and care from her personal life into her clinical practice every day.
