Emily received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas at Tyler and Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been with Greenhouse Treatment Center for the past three years.

As Clinical Manager, Emily operates and manages the outpatient program and implements educational courses, interventions, and life-changing experiences. She gets to know clients by diving in as an active member in groups, individual sessions, therapeutic interventions, and general everyday interactions. Emily works to ensure that the community knows her name and face so they feel comfortable reaching out to her whenever they like. She truly enjoys witnessing the transformation recovery gives to clients.

Outside of work, Emily and her husband have a home full of fur babies and the desire to grow their family further. With her husband also specializing in the healthcare field, they have the shared goal of continuing to grow in their careers in healing. Their values align with the need for service work and human compassion to create long-lasting change.
