Tracy Cantlon is a dedicated and compassionate counseling professional with extensive experience in the addiction and mental health field. Tracy provides individual, family, group, and crisis counseling to patients seeking recovery. In this role, Tracy manages a caseload of intensive inpatient clients, conducts evaluations, and ensures clinical documentation aligns with state, commission, and agency guidelines. Tracy is skilled in working collaboratively with treatment teams and referral sources to coordinate care and provide effective treatment plans.
Previously, Tracy worked as lead therapist at More Than Rehab in Tyler, TX, where he managed IOP/PHP services, facilitated group and individual counseling, and oversaw crisis management. Tracy also served as a substance abuse counselor-coordinator at Management and Training Corporation, assisting in the development of chemical dependency programs and conducting comprehensive evaluations for offenders in need of recovery services. In his role at the Cenikor Foundation, Tracy further honed his skills in treatment planning, case management, and facilitating individual and group therapy for clients in detox programs.
Tracy holds a master’s degree in human services counseling with a focus on life coaching and is pursuing a PhD in industrial and organizational psychology at Liberty University. Tracy is a licensed chemical dependency counselor (LCDC) and also affiliated with the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).
