Crystal Kinmon, LCDC is a dedicated Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with extensive experience in substance use treatment and mental health support. She is currently a counselor at Greenhouse Treatment Center, where she provides individual therapy, intensive outpatient (IOP) group sessions, crisis intervention, and relapse prevention planning.

With a career spanning over six years, Crystal has worked in various treatment settings, including Haltom/Hemphill Treatment Services, MedMark Treatment Center, and MHMR of Tarrant County. She has expertise in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and utilizing person-centered and behavioral modification techniques to help individuals achieve lasting recovery.

Crystal is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Texas at Arlington, specializing in Family and Children, along with a Military Social Work Graduate Certification. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Substance Use Treatment and an Associate of Applied Science in Mental Health and Substance Abuse.

Her internship and field experience includes roles at Amazing Grace Child & Family Services (2024-Present), Cenikor/Turtle Creek (2023), and Phoenix Associates Counseling Services Inc. (2019). Passionate about empowering individuals on their recovery journey, Crystal integrates evidence-based interventions with compassion and advocacy to foster meaningful change.
