Jenny Eidson, LCDC-I, has been a dedicated case manager at Greenhouse Treatment Center since September 2024. With a passion for supporting individuals on their recovery journey, she brings a strong background in advocacy, crisis management, and coordination of care.

In her role, Jenny is responsible for helping clients take the next step in their recovery journey after inpatient treatment. She works closely with individuals to ensure they have a structured and supportive aftercare plan, connecting them with appropriate resources to promote long-term success.

Prior to her current position, Jenny served as the treatment advocate lead at Greenhouse Treatment Center, overseeing a team dedicated to client advocacy. She provided training in de-escalation techniques, rounding documentation, and ensuring clients’ basic needs were met. Before stepping into leadership, she worked as a treatment advocate, monitoring clients’ well-being and documenting critical observations to enhance treatment outcomes.

Jenny holds a bachelor of science degree in human services from Southern New Hampshire University, where she graduated summa cum laude in July 2020. She is skilled in clinical documentation, crisis intervention, effective communication, and problem-solving, making her a vital part of the Greenhouse Treatment Center team.
