Our location in Grand Prairie, Texas, is just 20 minutes away from Dallas/Forth Worth International Airport, 30 minutes from Dallas Love Field Airport, and driving distance from San Antonio, Austin, and Houston.
We can provide rehab transportation services to inpatient treatment and, in some cases, to outpatient treatment. Please discuss your travel plans with us in detail so we can provide the appropriate transportation to treatment options near you. 

From the airport, there are a variety of public and private transportation options, such as taxis, Lyft, and Uber. 

Additionally, our staff can help coordinate a sober escort that can bring you or your loved one to our residential treatment center. Sober escorts provide door-to-door service that helps ensure patient safety, while supporting the emotional and financial investment patients and their families make in the recovery process.

Cell phones and electronics are permitted with some limitations and may be restricted during detox and/or at the start of residential treatment. You can view our cell phone/electronics policy here.

Each of our facilities allow smoking including our residential treatment center in Texas. However, there are restrictions on cigarettes brought into the facility. All cigarettes must be brought to the facility in unopened packs or cartons. Any cigarettes sent by friends or family must also be unopened. For additional information, please speak to staff at check-in.

The cost of addiction treatment in Texas will vary from patient to patient. We make payment easy by offering many ways to pay for your addiction treatment. We will accept many private insurance plans and also work with you to pay for your out-of-pocket costs, including payment plans. You can read more about paying for treatment here. While we do not accept Medicaid or Medicare, we will work with you to find a way to make your treatment affordable.

Patient safety is our first priority at Greenhouse.

Should a natural disaster occur that impacts patients and staff, we will release or relocate anyone who is affected. In an emergency situation, such as a wildfire or hurricane, we may halt all facility admissions. 

Should a medical emergency occur, we will follow all directions the patient gave us upon admission and reach out to the primary emergency contact. If none has been provided, we will follow the instructions the client provided when they arrived. 

If you need to contact a patient to inform them of an emergency, you can call us directly at 817-649-3700 or you may call their cell phone, if they have access.

We never force anyone to attend or stay in our facility. We encourage all patients to complete treatment, however, and will provide counseling for those who communicate a wish to leave early or against medical advice (AMA).
